We are happy to accept Returns within 30-Days of purchase. Follow our instructions below to maintain your return eligibility.
Keep it in the Bag!
Each of our products are individually sealed/packaged. Any Item that has been removed from their individual packaging are NOT eligible for return. Parts must remain in the packaging and be returned in the same condition originally received in to be eligible for return.
If Packaging is Damaged on Delivery DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY
We will send out a replacement, if in stock, ASAP. Do not accept damaged boxes from shipping companies.
Buyer Covers Return Shipping Costs.
Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for appropriately packaging the returned appliance part to ensure no damage occurs in shipping.
If We Make a Mistake We Will Fix It, On Our Dime!
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged product we will pay for return shipping.
Returns Must be Processed Promptly
Returns must be made within 30 days of initiating a return. Any item returned after 30 days are invalid and not eligible for return/refund.
